windows white screen after login

This screen appears after login and stays for maybe 2-3 minutes then the desktop appears. login mcd wifi The icons in the lower right corner work. login mcd wifi If I do an in-place reinstall this screen does not appear until a few reboots later, then it reappears Can't find a fix anywhere, any help appreciated
